What is PubCo?

PubCo is a pub membership platform brought to you by PubConnect. PubCo aims to bring locals together at some of their favourite venues, sharing unique discounts, points and good times! We are on the way to becoming a multi-venue rewards platform, starting with Willowdale Hotel and coming soon to others!

Signing up is easy! Simply head to the Sign Up page, click the logo of your closest PubCo local and fill in the membership signup form. Once you sign up, please wait 24 hours for our team to sign you up in our system – then collect your card at the local you signed up with by showing your ID upon collection. 

Some PubCo venues host sign-up sessions from time-to-time, where membership signup is instant and you’re ready to receive rewards.

PubCo members receive a flat 6% discount on all food and beverage prices*, and receive 6 points per dollar spent on all food & beverage purchased.

Please see a manager at your closest PubCo venue to receive your new membership card. Please note that reissuing a card will delete your existing card number and replace it with the new one.

If you need to update your details, please see a manager on your next visit to a PubCo venue. Otherwise, contact Membership Services via [email protected] in urgent circumstances.

All points reset on July 1st every year – so be sure to use them before they go!

Yes, there will be different tiers for membership based on spend and tier points – rewarding some of our regulars with additional benefits. These are in the works and are coming soon!

Using your PubCo Card is easy! Simply hand your member card over at the till or scan your digital membership card on the PubCo App to earn points and redeem available benefits.

PubCo Points and Bonus Points can be redeemed both at the bar and bistro, and on ClevaQ for QR code ordering! Simply present your digital card at the bar, or link your membership before you make an order on ClevaQ.

No, all PubCo venues are hotels and entrance is not restricted to membership. Members receive exclusive pricing and benefits that non-members cannot receive.

Terms & Conditions apply for all PubCo promotions at Willowdale Hotel. The PubCo 6% discount is not available on already discounted or promotional items, and excludes happy hour and seniors meals. Additional point promotions are not applicable for discounted or promotional items.

Where can I download the app?

The PubCo app is available on both the App Store and Google Play store. Head to the download page of our website to find quick links to the app!

No, members can use their membership card at the tills to receive most benefits like discounts, point accrual and point expenditure. The PubCo app will have additional exclusive offers, benefits and more that is only available via the app.

No, members must sign up through their PubCo local’s membership form and wait to pick up their card. This is because we have to see your ID to verify your membership, and you need your member number to be able to sign up for the app. Once that’s sorted, you’re good to go for the app!

Your details you use to sign up for the PubCo app must exactly match the details you used when you signed up for PubCo membership. This is because it is all connected to one system, and therefore will only work if the details match.
